| Testing of Danfoss CI-TITM Contactors and Motor Starters - on the VLT® Frequency Converter's Motor Side Often it can be appropriate to start and stop, and also protect, one or more motors using the same frequency converter. This article describes the tests which Danfoss contactors and thermal relays undergo on dimensioning the frequency converters' motor side. The Danfoss range of CI-TITM contactors and motor starters comprises contactors in the series 6-420 A in the AC-3 load category and thermal relays from 0.13 to 630 A. The range also includes CTI circuit breakers/manual motor starters in the series 0.1-90 A with various accessories.
